Shipping is free on every Hartley order — no minimum, no code needed. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

The push was blocked — honest result: Shopify's MCP connection doesn't have the write_legal_policies permission scope, so the API refuses to write store policies (legal policies are a protected scope Shopify doesn't grant to this connector). This is the same limitation your memory noted earlier: policies live "outside the theme/API." So it has to be pasted in manually — no way around it from here.
Good news: it's a 60-second paste. Here's ex
1. In Shopify admin, go to Settings (bottom-left) → Policies
2. Find the Shipping policy box → click into it
3. Paste the policy text from my earlier mes in the code block — Shopify's editor willformat it fine)
4. Click Save
That immediately makes meethartley.com/policies/shipping-policy live, which is what your footer links to.

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 1–2 business dayU.S. holidays). You'll get a confirmationemail as soon as you order, and a second email with tracking once your package is on its way.
DELIVERY TIME
Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days from the day you order (this includes the 1–2 day processing window above). Business days are Monday–Friday and don't include weekends or holidays.
A note on honesty: these are estimates, not eaves our hands, carrier timing is out of ourcontrol, and occasionally weather or high-volume periods add a day or two. If your order is running noticeably late, reach out — we'll track it down with you.
ORDERS WITH ADD-ONS
If you add a Spare Heartbeat Unit or a Gentle-Warmth Insert to your order, those items may ship separately from your Hartley Companion and can arrive on a different day. That's normal — no need to worry if one part shows up before the other.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every order ships with tracking. Watch for the "your order is on its way" email, or reply to your confirmation email
any time and we'll send you the latest.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address ateturned to us because of an incorrect orincomplete address, we'll reship it to the corrected address (you may be responsible for return shipping in that case). If you catch a mistake right after ordering, email care@meethartley.com quickly and we'll fix it before it ships if we can.
LOST, STUCK, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, , or it's marked delivered but you can't findit, email us at care@meethartley.com. We'll make it right — that's a promise, not a maybe.
